The Issue

Some versions of Safari may cause choppy or robotic audio for some users on some headsets.

This is a known issue affecting many platforms, not just us. We are actively working on resolving this issue within Salesroom.


Unfortunately, the only known current solution is to switch to another browser like Chrome for now.
